Состояние и перспективы торгово-кооперационного сотрудничества Европы и Африки: многомерная оценка

Аннотация

На современном этапе усиливается трансформация роли африканского континента в системе международного хозяйства. В условиях нарастающей технологической конкуренции глобальных производственных центров страны Африки приобретают значение перспективных партнеров для расширения кооперационных связей и формирования основы цифрового и зеленого перехода. Традиционно одним из ключевых внерегиональных акторов в Африке выступает Европа, однако в последние годы заметно усиливается экономическое присутствие Китая, что формирует новую конфигурацию конкурентного взаимодействия и влияет на развитие международных цепочек стоимости. Цель исследования заключается в выявлении современных тенденций развития торгово-кооперационных связей стран Европы и Африки на основе многомерного статистического анализа. Методологическую основу работы составляют положения теории международной торговли и глобальных производственных цепочек. В исследовании применены методы количественного анализа торговых коэффициентов, а также сравнительного и трендового анализа интегральных показателей, отражающих взаимную торговую привлекательность, степень производственной сопряженности и технологическую пропорциональность товарообмена. Эмпирическая база исследования сформирована на основе статистических данных UNCTAD Stat и OECD Data Explorer. Анализ охватывает крупнейшие страны Африки и зарубежной Европы (8 и 9 государств соответственно) за период 1995–2022 гг. Полученные результаты показывают, что при сохраняющейся относительно низкой взаимной торговой привлекательности кооперационные связи между регионами постепенно укрепляются. Африка по-прежнему сохраняет периферийный характер по отношению к европейскому экономическому пространству, однако технологическая пропорциональность товарообмена демонстрирует тенденцию к росту. В целом динамика развития торгово-кооперационных связей оценивается как положительная, что создает предпосылки для сохранения конкурентных позиций Европы в Африке в условиях усиления китайского присутствия.
