Идеи устойчивого развития: «яблоко раздора» или платформа для объединения?

Аннотация
В статье проведен анализ основных зарубежных подходов к трактовке понятия «устойчивое развитие», направлений формирования концепций, программ, политических установок на основе понятия и идей устойчивого развития, выявлены недостатки наиболее распространенных подходов и концепций. Составлен обзор основных подходов и теорий устойчивого развития, предложена их классификация, представлена пространственная модель концептуальных областей понятия «устойчивое развитие». В ходе исследования сделаны выводы, что сложившиеся альтернативные подходы к пониманию роли окружающей природной среды для существования человечества в будущем, к оценке влияния промышленного и сельскохозяйственного производства, а также результатов жизнедеятельности людей (особенно в условиях резкого роста урбанизации) на глобальную экологическую обстановку привели к формированию множества различных концепций устойчивого развития, положенных в основу национальных стратегий устойчивого развития. В результате идеи, да и сама концепция все больше становятся областью разногласий и противоречий между государствами и отдельными регионами мира, а не общей платформой для объединения усилий по решению глобальных проблем человечества.
