Масштабирование Agile в организации: теоретические основы и направления исследований

Аннотация
В статье представлены результаты анализа научных публикаций по масштабированию Agile в организации. Целью работы является выделение и анализ актуальных направлений исследований масштабирования Agile в менеджменте, а также определение области будущих исследований. В статье рассмотрены публикации в ведущих академических журналах в период с 2011 по 2022 г. Обозначены два подхода к определению Agile: Agile как совокупность управленческих подходов и методов и Agile как философия и мировоззрение. На основании проведенного анализа отобранных публикаций выделены четыре основных направления исследований управленческих аспектов масштабирования Agile в организации: 1) масштабирование Agile в контексте цифровой трансформации, 2) особенности процесса масштабирования Agile, 3) факторы успеха масштабирования Agile, 4) гибкая культура и характеристика проектных команд. В целом опыт масштабирования Agile оценивается положительно, однако в большинстве случаев при внедрении возникают проблемы, обусловленные культурой организации. По этой причине в каждом из четырех выделенных направлений исследования упоминается культурный аспект масштабирования Agile. Результаты исследования показывают, что без принятия гибких ценностей и гибкого мышления невозможно изменить культуру в организации, а следовательно, и провести успешное масштабирование Agile. В то же время анализ исследований по выделенным направлениям подтверждает, что не существует универсального подхода к масштабированию Agile и в ряде случаев организации ограничиваются внедрением Agile в нескольких проектных командах. Полученные выводы закладывают основу для будущих исследований масштабирования Agile в области менеджмента
